Since then the “S” - handle reels have become well known by fishermen world wide. This configuration has been copied and adapted by many other reel manufacturers. We also follow this elegant but traditional design. I offer the following classically styled models, all of which include a simple but effective low-maintenance click and pawl brake system: click on the pics Manufacturing Our reels are manufactured using a high strength aluminum alloy, which fulfills all the specifications and standards of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Aerospace Division(ASME) and criteria of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM). Parts are produced in corrosion and abrasive resistant materials like nickel silver, copper, stainless steel and antler or synthetics. Each reel is CNC machined from aluminum stock and anodized. All the prefabricated components are polished by hand and the reel assembled. Great care is taken to insure tight tolerances, fitting accuracy and functionality. The reels will only be delivered once they have passed a strict final inspection. Customizing You have the opportunity to customize your reel (ported/solid plates/spools, different color combinations, engravings, and so on).
